| Description: | Ensures that the night audit reports are accurate and the numbers are being reflected in the daily report |
| Duties: | Prints shift reports from computer that illustrate current in-house guests, vacant rooms
Performs the in-house room audits on each shift
Follows up on any correspondence in the department log book
Post any submitted charges to guest account
Balances all work completed by Front Desk Agents for that day, including cash transactions, posting of all outlet revenues, adjustments, miscellaneous charges and corrections
Ensures all revenue postings are accurately posted to the correct guest room account
Assists guest with check-in or check-outs
Ensures that the hotel lobby is in a presentable manner at all times
Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures

| Qualifications: | High school diploma and 2 years work experience in a hotel property with preference in the Rooms Division
