Description:Clevelander Hotel, located in the heart of the South Beach Art Deco district, is currently recruiting on qualified Night Auditor. The ideal candidate is experienced at providing exceptional service in a high-volume, heavily trafficked establishment. The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions, which occurred during the day at the company's hotels; responsible for the overall operations and appearance of the front desk; caring for guest needs and communicating with other hotel departments.

Clevelander is a popular hotel, bar, restaurant and nightlife venue located in the heart of South Beach. Team members can expect work full time work, year round in our beautiful outdoor environment.
Duties:Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prints shift reports from computer that illustrate current in-house guests, vacant rooms
•Performs the in-house room audits on each shift
•Follows up on any correspondence in the department log book
•Post any submitted charges to guest account
•Balances all work completed by Front Desk Agents for that day, including cash transactions, posting of all outlet revenues, adjustments, miscellaneous charges and corrections
•Ensures all revenue postings are accurately posted to the correct guest room account
•Assists guest with check-in or check-outs
•Provides excellent customer service
•Ensures HOTSOS items are followed up on and closed out properly in the absence of the Housekeeping Dispatcher.
•Ensures that the hotel lobby is in a clean and orderly during shift.
•Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
•High school diploma and 2 years work experience in a hotel property with preference in the Rooms Division

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Knowledge of general hotel practices
•Excellent communication skills both oral and written
•Ability to operate basic office equipment, such as faxes, copiers, multi-lined telephones and printers
•Computer knowledge and proficiency required, i.e. Excel and Word, Fidelio/Opera,
•Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills required

Working Conditions:
•Work is not performed in an office environment and requires evening, weekend and holiday hours.
•Extended periods of standing and walking are required.
