Clevelander - Senior F&B Manager

Description:Responsible for directing the F & B Operation, capitalizing on revenue opportunities and ensuring the company's quality guidelines are met.

The Senior F & B Manager has global awareness, knows what action need to take place in all ares of the F & B Operations, controlling costs, managing the flow of guests, puts best practices in places.

Duties:•Responsible to drive and instill company culture, vision and core values into managers and associates.
•Responsible for conducting daily walk-through (check list) to maintain cleanliness, safety, organization and look & feel standards.
•Responsible for maintaining adequate par levels for F&B operation. (ie, silverware, coasters, menus etc.)
•Manages and measures performance of F&B managers.
•Monitors and maintains departmental expenses via checkbook system.
•Ensures management team are utilizing pre-approved floor plans to maximize staffing and revenue opportunities.
•Provides on the job management training and holds each manager accountable for meeting standards.
•Assists with the implementation of all food and beverage training programs and ensures all associates are properly trained and capable to meet service standards.
•Ensures customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns/complaints in conjunction with F&B managers.
•Manages and communicates with city officials during operation (i.e., code enforcement, fire marshals)
•Holds F&B Managers accountable to complete weekly service schedules in accordance w/ company schedule philosophy and projected sales.
•Maintains and ensures compliance of organization policies and procedures
Qualifications:•High School diploma and 10 years of previous Food and Beverage management experience in high-volume establishment(s).
•Bachelor Degree preferred

•Knowledge of general restaurant and bar industry and procedures and processes
•Excellent communication skills both written and oral
•Strong interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills required
•Must have excellent analytical and networking skills
•Strong organizational and time management skills required
•Computer knowledge and proficiency is required, i.e. Excel and Work
