Food & Beverage Managers - All Levels

|Description:||The Food & Beverage (F&B) Management team is responsible for managing food and beverage daily operations; ensuring guest and team member satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget; and upholding outlined company standards for exceptional service. We are currently seeking all levels of management to join our passionate team.|
|Duties:||•Supervises daily shift operations within a property zone and ensures compliance with all F&B policies, procedures and service standards.|
•Creates and nurtures a work environment that promotes motivation, empowerment, passionate service and teamwork.
•Manages, measures and communicates performance of team members within a property zone.
•Conducts motivational pre-shift meetings to inform team members of F&B specials, upcoming events, entertainment lineup, etc.
•Drives and instills company core values to team members through words and actions representative of company culture.
•Resolves guest concerns and/or complaints while maintaining guest satisfaction.
•Ensures assigned zone is properly stocked with the necessary operational equipment.
•Ensures team member staffing levels and floor plans are appropriate based on anticipated business levels.
•Controls costs and breakage for assigned zone.
•Ensures orders for outlets are completed according to the internal requisition process.
•Manages personal shift bank and provides change to team members in assigned zone.
•Ensures team members are compliant in time keeping and attendance.
•Creates weekly department schedules for F&B team members.
•Collaborates with Senior F&B Manager to complete and deliver hourly team member evaluations.
•Prepares property daily to meet the company’s high standard for safety and cleanliness.
•Performs cash reconciliation process for F&B team members.
•Develops and implements F&B training plans and ensures all direct reports are properly trained.
•Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies and procedures.
|Qualifications:||•Knowledge of general restaurant policies and procedures.|
•Knowledge of food and beverage industry.
•Ability to verbally communicate with others in order to coach and lead.
•Strong interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills required.
•Strong organizational skills required.
•High school diploma and 5 years of restaurant experience.
